The space

Entrance

The House is gated. You can drive in to the grounds and charge your electric car. You are welcomed by your private ground, giving you the feel for the space surrounding the house, away from the noise of the road and everybody else.

Living Room

Picture yourself relaxing in the living area, with its tasteful decor and cosy feel. Whether you’re spending your time chilling out with friends, working from home, or you’re coming back after a long day of exploring the city, you can take the weight off your feet and make yourself at home!

Kitchen

This is a social space to share food, drinks and laughter with colleagues, family and friends. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook a delicious meal that you can serve to friends or family sat around the dining table.

Bedroom 1

The master bedroom has a super comfortable king size bed with fresh hotel-quality linens. The other bedrooms have a double size bed. There is also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in.

You can freshen up in the well-appointed bathroom where you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub. Towels and toiletries will be provided.

The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

Guest access

Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

Other things to note

* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.

* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them

* The property is professionally cleaned and is set up as self-checkin.

* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.

*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge. This is particularly useful for stays over 10d.

*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay

*Baby travelcot is available upon request, at an additional charge.

*No parties will be tolerated - £250 fee will be deducted from your deposit should any house rules be broken.
